Articles of Incorporation

First

That the name of this corporation shall be HARVESTER MISSION.

Second

The corporation is formed for religious, charitable, and benevolent purposes, including conducting religious services, training workers, acquiring property necessary for its ministry, receiving donations and carrying out all activities necessary for accomplishing its purposes.

Third

The principal office of the corporation shall be located in Los Angeles County, California.

Fourth

The corporation is organized not for profit and shall have no capital stock.

Fifth

Members, directors, and workers of the corporation shall subscribe to the Statement of Faith adopted as part of the Articles of Incorporation.
